What you earn

Every time someone subscribes through your link or code and their free trial turns into a paid plan, you earn. Here's what each subscriber is worth to you:

Rules
Season 1 rules, in plain words
- Who can join
- Anyone 18 or over with a public Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook account. Join by 30 October 2026. Reset Buddy staff and their families can't win the prize.
- Your window
- You have 30 days from the day you join to post. Use the app for at least 3 days before your first post.
- The prize
- $500 to the creator with the most combined views across all approved posts made inside their window. You need at least 10,000 combined views to qualify. Views are counted 7 days after your window closes, and the winner is announced on 9 December 2026. The top creators are asked for an insights screenshot or screen recording to confirm their numbers.
- Every post must
- Be your own, follow the brief, include the collab or tag and #ad, and be added to your dashboard. Posts that break the rules are not counted, and we may ask you to take them down.
- Commission
- A one-off payment for each person who came through your link or code, when their free trial turns into their first payment: $10 for an annual subscription, $2 for a monthly one, $1 for a weekly one. Renewals don't earn again, and each subscriber earns one creator one commission. Your link keeps earning after the challenge, while you're in good standing.
- When it clears
- Commission is paid once the money has reached us and is past the refund window: 30 days after the payment. A refunded payment cancels its commission. Subscribing through your own link or code doesn't earn commission.
- Payouts
- Payout runs are on the 1st and 20th of each month, by PayPal or Wise, once you have $50 or more cleared. Smaller balances roll over. You're responsible for any tax on what you earn.
- How people are counted
- Your link remembers a visitor for 60 days, and is saved to their account when they sign up, so it counts wherever they pay. People who already have an account can type your code in Settings, Creator code. If someone used another creator's link or code first, that creator is credited.
- Fair play
- We can remove anyone who buys views, misleads people, or breaks these rules, and their unpaid commission and prize eligibility end. Our decision on the prize is final. We may update these rules; changes never reduce commission already earned.
- Your wellbeing

Good to know
Do I need a big following?
No. Commission is paid on every subscriber, so even a small, engaged audience earns. The prize goes to total views, and many short stories can add up.
Is it free to join?
Yes. No fees, and you get 30 days of Reset Buddy free while you create.
When do I get paid?
Once the money has cleared (30 days after their payment), in the next payout run on the 1st or 20th, once you have $50 cleared. The prize is paid after the winner is confirmed.
Can I post more than once?
Please do. Add each post link to your dashboard. The views on all your approved posts inside your 30 days are added together to decide the winner, so one viral post or several viral posts both give you a real chance. And every post puts your code in front of more people who can subscribe with it.
Where do I see my numbers?
In your creator dashboard: views, rank, sign-ups, free trials, paid subscribers, earnings and payouts.
