Why no commission? Many professional codes, such as the HPCSA in South Africa, the APA in the US, BACP and HCPC in the UK, and AHPRA and the PsyBA in Australia, restrict payment for referring clients. We respect that, so you can recommend Reset Buddy purely because it helps.

Do
- Say you're a Reset Buddy partner when you share your link (the FTC and the ASA expect it)
- Describe it as a self-help tool for the moments in between
- Share it with people it could genuinely help
- Point anyone in crisis to urgent help or emergency services
Don't
- Say it cures, fixes, treats or diagnoses anything
- Present it as therapy, crisis support or medical care
- Promise better sleep, health or any outcome
- Spam, cold message or post your link where it isn't welcome
- Who can join
- Coaches, wellness practitioners, workplace wellbeing teams and registered health professionals, 18 or over. It's free, and there's no deadline.
- Two tracks
- Coaches and wellness practitioners can earn commission. Psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, social workers and other registered health professionals join as recommend-only partners: the same link, dashboard and client handout, with no commission.
- Disclose that you're a partner
- When you share your link and earn from it, say so, for example "I'm a Reset Buddy partner and may earn if you subscribe". This is what the FTC (US) and the ASA (UK) expect.
- What you can say
- Reset Buddy is a wellness companion for everyday hard moments. It is not therapy, crisis support or medical care, and it doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Please make no medical, cure or outcome claims.
- Commission (earning track)
- A one-off payment for each person who came through your link or code, when their free trial turns into their first payment: $10 for an annual subscription, $2 for a monthly one, $1 for a weekly one. Never on renewals. Each subscriber earns one partner one commission.
- When it clears
- Commission clears 30 days after a website payment, once it's past the refund window. A refunded payment cancels its commission. Subscribing through your own link doesn't earn.
- Payouts
- Payout runs are on the 1st and 20th of each month, by PayPal or Wise, once you have $50 or more cleared. Smaller balances roll over. You're responsible for any tax on what you earn.
- How people are counted
- Your link remembers a visitor for 60 days and is saved to their account when they sign up. People who already have the app can add your code in Settings, Creator code. If someone used another link or code first, that person is credited.
- Privacy
- You see numbers only: sign-ups, trials and subscribers. We never tell you who signed up or anything about how they use Reset Buddy.
- Fair play
- Never spam or mislead people. Amanda can pause or remove any partner who breaks these rules, and unpaid commission then ends. We may update these rules; changes never reduce commission already earned.

Is it free to join?
Yes. No fees and no targets. Your link keeps working for as long as you're a partner.
Is there a contest or a deadline?
No. The Partner programme is ongoing. Join whenever it suits you.
I'm a psychologist or counsellor. Can I join?
Yes, as a recommend-only partner. Many professional codes, such as the HPCSA in South Africa, the APA in the US, BACP and HCPC in the UK, and AHPRA and the PsyBA in Australia, restrict payment for referring clients, so we never pay registered health professionals. You still get the tracked link, the client handout and a dashboard of sign-ups.
Is Reset Buddy a replacement for my work?
No. It's a self-help companion for the moments between sessions and classes, when someone needs two minutes to steady themselves. It doesn't replace coaching, therapy or care.
What does it cost my clients?
Nothing for the first 7 days with your link. Then $4.99 a week, $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year, and they can cancel any time. Urgent help is always free.
When do I get paid?
Commission clears 30 days after their payment, then goes out in the next payout run on the 1st or 20th, once you have $50 cleared. Recommend-only partners are never paid.
Can I see who signed up?
No. You see how many people signed up through your link, never who they are.
Do I need a big audience?
No. One recommendation to the right person matters more than reach. Many partners share it one to one.
